1. General Questions

What is your return policy?

Once you have been billed for a new subscription activation/individual product or a subscription renewed we are not able to offer a refund, return, or exchange.

How do I track my order?

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to track your order on our website or on the carrier's website.

Can I cancel or modify my order?

To cancel your plan at anytime:


Login to your account -> Click Manage Subscription -> Cancel.

 

We try to process orders as quickly as possible, but if you need to modify or cancel your order, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible. We'll do our best to accommodate your request.

What's inside each box?

Each box contains 5 masks that provide a different solution to your choosing. 

Are the facemasks safe?

Yes, our products are safe for topical use with carefully selected ingredients. However, individual reactions may vary. We recommend a patch test, especially for sensitive skin. 

 

Discontinue use if irritation, redness, or discomfort occurs. Individuals with sensitive skin may experience irritation from certain ingredients such as salicylic acid, niacinamide, or phenoxyethanol. Retinol or other actives may increase sun sensitivity; use sunscreen and avoid prolonged sun exposure. Use as directed and do not apply to broken or irritated skin. Keep out of reach of children and store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. If pregnant, nursing, or under medical supervision, consult a healthcare professional before use.

How do I care for my facemasks?

Store the facemasks in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight, heat, or humidity, as these can degrade active ingredients within the packaging.

 

Check for an expiration date, especially with ingredients like retinol and ascorbic acid, which can lose potency over time. Dispose of the mask if expired.

3. Payment Questions

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept a variety of payment methods including credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express), PayPal, and Apple Pay.

Do you offer installment payment options?

Yes, we offer installment payment options for certain purchases. Please check our website or contact our customer service for more information.

Is my payment information secure?

Yes, we take the security of our customers' payment information seriously. All transactions are processed securely and we use industry-standard encryption technology to protect your information.

4. Shipping Questions

How long does shipping take?

If you sign up after the 15th of the month, you will receive your first Box in the following month.

 

For example - if you sign up before, or on, November 15th - you will receive the November Box. If you sign up on November 16th, you will receive your first box in December.

 

All reoccurring boxes are shipped on the 1st of each month. 

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping cost depends on your location and the shipping method you choose. Please refer to our shipping policy for more details.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes, we offer free shipping for all USA orders. Please refer to our shipping policy for more details.

Do you ship to P.O. boxes?

Yes, we ship to P.O. boxes. Please make sure to provide your complete and accurate shipping address to avoid any delays in delivery.
